Previously, the Senior High School Division of our school organized all the students in Grade 10 and Grade 11 to participate in the school-level drowning prevention essay competition, the purpose of which was to implement the new ten measures of drowning prevention for primary and secondary school students and improve their consciousness and initiative in participating in drowning prevention. Specifically, the essay competition was jointly initiated by the Chinese group and the head teachers, which took the class as the unit for essay selection. On the other hand, the judges selected one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes from each class. Additionally, the first prize winners of each class would participate in the school-level selection, and the excellent works would be selected and sent to the municipal competition.
